Bug fix report for sprint 632 (fixes deployed on July 11)

Issue 1:
Incorrect permalink in Scheduler

Bug description:
When no text was entered in the search field, the generated permalink in the Scheduler incorrectly included the parameter &searchText=undefined.

Resolution:
Permalinks in the Scheduler now omit the searchText parameter when no text is entered in the search field.

Issue 2:
Incorrect day selection saved in restriction settings

Bug description:
In the "Times" tab of the Edit Restriction dialog, selecting specific days sometimes resulted in the wrong days being saved.

Resolution:
Day selections in the "Times" tab of the Edit Restriction dialog are now saved correctly.
