Bug fix report for sprint 635 (fixes deployed on August 1)

Issue 1:
Booking restriction "Max and min duration of a slot" – least restrictive not applied

Bug description:
When two "Max and min duration of a slot" restrictions were assigned to the same user, the more restrictive rule was applied instead of the least restrictive one.

Resolution:
Now, when multiple "Max and Min Duration of a Slot" restrictions are applied to the same user, the least restrictive rule is applied.

Issue 2:
Organization superadmin unable to add resources to price list items

Bug description:
Organization superadmins were unable to assign resources to price list items, even though they had the appropriate permissions.

Resolution:
Organization superadmins can now add resources to price list items as expected.
