Bug fix report for sprint 637 (fixes deployed on August 15)

Issue 1:
Edit/Resubmit & Duplicate buttons not working in Dashboard > Inbox

Description: In Dashboard > Inbox > Request > Details, the Edit/Resubmit and Duplicate buttons were not functioning.

Resolution: Both buttons now work as expected, allowing users to edit/resubmit or duplicate a request without issues.

Issue 2:
Empty provider dropdowns

Description: The provider dropdown menus in various sections of the application were empty and did not display any data.

Resolution: Provider dropdowns now correctly display all relevant data.
