Bug fix report for sprint 641 (fixes deployed on September 12)

Issue 1:
Cost center information missing when preselected in form dropdown

Description:
When a cost center was automatically added to a request submission form (e.g., based on a selected group, request, or project), it was not being stored or linked to the request.

Resolution:
The cost center is now correctly stored and linked to the request when preselected by default.


Issue 2:
Statistics > Services – Remove invalid option in distribution list dialog

Description:
The option “Include users listed in training” in the distribution list dialog in Statistics > Services
is not applicable, since trainings are not available for services. This option should therefore be removed.

Resolution:
The invalid option has been removed from the distribution list dialog.


Issue 3:
Remove resource class “Event”

Description:
The resource class “Event” was only used by a small number of providers. It has been neglected over time and no longer serves any relevant use cases.

Resolution:
The resource class “Event” and all related code have been removed.


Issue 4:
Reword options in distribution lists

Description:
The options “Include users listed in resource access” and “Include users listed in provider access” in the distribution list dialogs were confusing, as only users with direct access (not those with inherited access via groups, etc.) are included.

Resolution:
The options have been reworded for clarity:

  • Include users with direct resource access
  • Include users with direct provider access
