Issue 1:
Time settings on restrictions saved incorrectly

Description:
The time settings on restrictions were saved incorrectly. The days were shifted.

Resolution:
Time settings on restrictions are now saved correctly without shifting.

Issue 2:
Resource visibility not applied

Description:
The visibility options on a resource did not take effect. Resources were visible to all users with access to a provider, regardless of the resource’s visibility options.

Resolution:
Resource visibility options now work as intended.

Issue 3:
Product charges not updated after quantity change

Description:
When the quantity of already charged products was changed, the charge was not updated automatically.

Resolution:
Charges now update correctly when product quantities are adjusted.
