Chat window linked to the agent

First of all, happy New Year!

I will try to explain my idea as clearly as possible. To improve communication with users working on the microscope, I would like to propose adding a small chat window on every system, linked to the agent (for example, located below the clock).

This chat window would be directly connected to the admin email address, or any other designated email, so that any message written by the user in the chat is automatically sent to that address. This feature would make communication more immediate and frictionless, as users would not need to open an email client—sending a short message through the chat would be sufficient. On the admin-side, depending on the implementation, the answer can be sent by a direct message if the feature is available, or by sending a mail back to the chat.
I hope my idea will make its way up to its development and would be glad to discuss and challenge it !

PS : please note i don't realise how difficult it could be, if it is impossible for some reason i could completely miss it !
