Fee/charge for custom booking types

We currently cannot apply a fee to custom booking types, e.g. we created booking types like “Practical Course” and “Aseptic Cleaning” for special applications. Especially the latter has to be charged on the user, but should nevertheless be distinguishable from a regular or operator-assisted session. However, those booking types cannot be selected in the price list. It would be great if this could be implemented in the future.
