Improved feature: Customization of approver notifications

The approval process for requests has been improved to provide better communication control for admins through the following features:
Multi-stage approver assignment
The same approver can now be added multiple times to a single request. To ensure clarity, descriptions can be added to each assignment to state the purpose of that specific approval stage.
For example, this allows for:
- Initial sign-off for feasibility.
- Milestone re-approval.
- Re-validation after modifications.
Customizable approver notifications
Clicking the Send Approver Notification (envelope icon) button now opens a dialog where admins can choose between a Default or Custom notification. In this dialog, you can:
- Set a custom title: Define a unique title for the notification.
- Use the HTML editor: Format the message body (e.g. bolding, links, and lists) using the built-in rich text editor.
- Manage data & files: Choose whether to include the original Request Form and manually upload supporting documents.
Email notification details
When a custom notification is sent, the approver receives an email that includes:
- Custom subject line: The unique title you specified appears as part of the Email Subject Line.
- Formatted body: All HTML formatting from the editor is preserved in the message.
- Interactive links: Standard Approve/Reject action links and general request info are automatically included.
- Downloadable documents: Any uploaded files are listed as downloadable links within the message.
Visibility & tracking
- Review in UI: Admins and approvers can review the exact notification sent by navigating to Admin/Dashboard > Inbox > Requests > Approvers and clicking the View (magnifying glass icon) button.
- Resend policy: Custom notifications can be resent at any time. Sent approver notifications cannot be changed.
