Make URLs Directly Visible in Resource Description Section

Hello,
I would like to suggest an improvement regarding Edit Resource / Description.
It is currently possible to include a URL in the Description field of a resource, which should be visible to users when they click on Details in the Scheduler.

However, the link does not appear directly in the Description for the user. Instead, they have to figure out that they need to click on the "DESCRIPTION:" title to access the information.

In my opinion, it would be more intuitive to display the link directly under the "DESCRIPTION:" heading so that it is immediately visible to users.
