Public View - Externals, Internals, Admin

I'm beginning to manage the OI account from the microscopy imaging center (MIC). I already have an Administrator account, but I would like to check what is going on as external from my institution and as simple user internal of the university.

I already checked the documentation (and forum) and found "Public View", but it leads to the same page without information about how to get to this.

My idea was to register with two other emails address to have an account for each view, but it only works with institutional accounts.

How would you do it without asking other people's account/credentials/time ?
