How to delete a cost center from a provider's list ?

Hello hello !

I added a cost center to a provider, for test, but when I wished to delete it, OI tells me that I cannot because it is used in the bookings.

The cost center is set as inactive, but was active for 3 minutes (time during a user booked a device).

How to remove this cost center from the provider ?
