You must have provider’s Admin rights to create prices.
To do this, you must go to:
1- Admin/Billing/Topic Price types. Click "New price type". In the pop-up window you can determine price categories per user and/or Groups and/or Organizations and/or Projects etc... For example, typical prices could be internal, external academic and industrial.
2- Admin/Billing/Topic Price list. Click "New item" and select "Usage fee (multi)" then continue. You will be able to determine the prices to apply by resources and times. In the resources tab, select the resources that are affected by this price rule. In Times, choose when they apply. In Pricing add rates, you must always first put the Default rate which will be the highest rate (example industrial rate). Each rate may be linked to the Price types you have previously defined. Prices may concern the hourly rate (regular use), the training rate, etc... When pricing rules are set, they are effective immediately if they are in Active status in the Details tab. All charges generated by reservations will be visible in Admin/Billing/Topic Charges. At the time of invoicing you can select the charges to be invoiced and click Add charge(s) to invoice (given a name to the invoice).
Then Charges are no longer visible in Charges but in Admin/Billing/Topic Invoiced. In Invoiced, you can now export the data in excel format for each invoice by clicking on the Excel file icon. This excel file can certainly be imported into SAP however I leave it to someone who uses SAP and OpenIRIS to answer for the question about integration and automation.
