Access to a portal:
Unless the administrators restrict access to their custom portal you should be able to log in or register as an external user.
Access to providers/resources:
Access modalities differ between providers as every provider decides themselves if and how users should be able to access their provider and resources. Usually, you will be able to find providers and resources in Browse > Providers and Browse > Resources, respectively, or in Scheduler and Services. There, you will be able to request access or submit a training request depending on the provider's settings. You might also be able to reach out to the administrators by submitting a contact request if available (letter icon). Sometimes additional contact information is provided.
