You could go through a request for service that you would call a request for theoretical training. You add a form where your user indicates his availability for theory training. All requests will arrive in the admin Inbox.

Have you the possibility to add usefuly informations in the user request as (english/french,...project description, type of microscope to be used , image analysis training , ...?). We have a form that add this to organize our training planning.

In addition, from a service request the platform staff can plan bookings.

To do this, go to the "Services" tab and click on "New service".
When the service is created you can edit it (icon Edit) and in the editing tool you have a tab called "Form". In this window, you can create the form you want (text box, multiple choice question, etc.).
This form must then be linked to the training request.
To do this, you must go to Edit the "Resources" for which you want this form to be attached when there is a request for training.
In the Edit "Resources" window, you must go to the "Options" tab and in "Requirements" you must select "Training required" and in "Select forms" you must link the service you created previously.
