I am organization admin of UniBE. A user contacted me because she has to change her email address in OI. But:
- I cannot find / select her user profile using Browse / People. Probably because she has registered using an external email address.
- Using the "User Profile" only allows changing the name and phone number, but not the email address.
Question:
- Where can the user change her own email address or how can I select her for profile for changing the address?
I would be grateful for any advice.

I don't think that a user can change his/her e-mail address. In openiris the e-mail address is used as a unique identifier and basically is what defines the account. As an org admin you can change e-mail addresses of users but as you said, you will only be able to administrate users from your organisation. If the user registered with an external e-mail address, I fear that he/she needs to register a new account.
