booking series

Dear support,

I have booked a series s' schedule for a team for example each Thursday afternoon (every Thursday).

I would like this schedule cancel automatically the Monday before at 8 pm if it is not confirmed by a member of the team.

Is-it feasible or what can I do in this idea ?
