How to efficiently clean the user database
Hello,
Recently, we sent an email to all users of our facility registered on Openiris. As a consequence, we received a lot of Undelivered email answers because many former users left the institute. We wanted to see on how to delete users but it is a real pain as we have first to delete each of their booking, training request....which is clearly impossible.
It bring us back to the title of this question: how to efficiently clean the user database ?
By the way, we didn't use any filter based on booking activity because some PI and others are registered on Openiris without any booking or activity, and the email was also targetted to them.
