Forum categories:
To help keep things organized, the forum is divided into the following categories:
- Release Notes – Stay up to date on platform updates, bug fixes, and newly released features.
- Help & Feature Questions – Ask for help, guidance, or clarification about any part of the platform’s functionality.
- Feature Suggestions – Propose improvements, new features, or enhancements you'd like to see in openiris.io.
- OpenIRIS Association – Discuss topics related to the governance, goals, or activities of the OpenIRIS Association.
- General Discussion – Share workflows, best practices, or start broader conversations that don't fit neatly elsewhere.
- Community Chat – Connect informally with others through introductions, off-topic discussions, or casual conversation.
Tags:
Admins will use tags to label posts with specific topics like resource visibility, booking restriction, billing, or statstics. Tags help organize discussions and make it easier for everyone to filter, search, and follow conversations related to particular features or modules.
Bug reports:
Report bugs directly through the built-in ticketing system on openiris.io (look for the "Report Issue" feature in the "Help" section).
