Services: visibility?

Hello everyone,
I have a colleague who is an admin; he creates services, but they aren't visible in his dashboard → Inbox or in the admin tab → Inbox (he can only see one, and it isn't his own).
Can you please help me?

Dear Sébastien,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
To be able to investigate this further I would need some more information. Could you please submit an issue report including details about the user and the service they are requesting as provider admin.
In my tests, everything works as expected.
