Read-only access to booking details for specific users

Hello,
I am a Provider Admin and I would like to give a specific group of users read-only access to the bookings of one resource.
These users should be able to:

• see all bookings for the resource;
• view the booking details, including the information entered in the booking form;
  but they should not be able to create, edit, cancel or delete bookings, nor manage the resource.

I would also like to keep the booking details hidden from regular users, so changing the general visibility/privacy settings of the resource would not be suitable.
Is there a way to configure this kind of read-only booking access for selected users or a group in OpenIRIS?
