User are typically inactivated rather than deleted, as deleting a user also removes associated data, which can affect statistics and billing.

Thanks for your answer. I understand that deletion impacts a way broader area than just removing an email; and it justifies your care in it.
I was thinking of the possibility to remove mail addresses from users listing, but I would say that anonymizing booking would do the same job.
